Social networks

Social networks have dramatically developed over the past few years, and they now are widely used and recognized as efficient communication tools.

To help you get a clear idea among the great number of different social media, here are some tips!

You can notice from this graph that the most widely used social media are:

  1. Facebook
  2. Youtube
  3. Twitter

Youtube is very specific as it is a video-sharing platform. However it can be very useful as a support of your message, either by uploading your own promotional videos (through your Facebook page, Twitter, your website, etc.), or by promoting other videos linked to your organisation/project (ie the latest Covenant of Mayors videos by Christian Vassie).

Facebook VS Twitter

There is no right choice to make here, most of the time organisations and businesses use both Facebook and Twitter.

Great, but how do we use them practically?
