BEFORE STARTING

Your communication strategy must be included in the global strategy of your organisation.

You must consider it as an integral part of it and not as something parallel. Any communication tool you produce must be in accordance with the identity of your organisation, all communication tools must be consistent between them and with some graphic guidelines – key-visuals, key-words and ideas, colours, fonts, logos…

That is why this is very important, in a very first step, to think about your organisation.

  • What are its objectives?
  • Why was it created?
  • What are the concrete achievements or projects?
  • Why is my organisation different?

The clearer your answers will be, the easier for you to build an efficient communication strategy.
