  • your message.

What is the most efficient mean of communication to reach your goal?

In this second step you must find out what is the best way for you to deliver the right message to the right target, taking into account the habits and motivations of your target, your budget, your time limits and so on.

With the development of ICT, you now have a great number of possibilities to communicate (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.), to be added to the ones that already existed (brochures and leaflets, posters, magazines).

Choosing your communication tools

Communication tools are the support of your communication: posters, leaflets, newspapers, press releases and so on.

To make the right choice, you will have to answer these questions:

  • Is this tool adapted to my objectives, to the target, to the nature of my message?
  • Is it adapted to my budget, to my time limit, to the speed of transmission needed?
  • Is the symbolic value of this tool consistent with the message I wish to deliver?
